On the A6 from Carlisle and the north, take the first left turning (or second right if coming from Penrith and the south) past the Rose and Crown pub in Low Hesket. Follow the road into Aiketgate (approx. 1 mile). Rose Dale is the 2nd property on the right, directly opposite the farm entrance.
